1. What shipping options are available?
We offer three shipping methods:

For apparel orders, standard delivery typically takes 6–10 working days.
2. Do we ship to your country?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide, including Ireland.
However, we currently cannot ship to Brazil, Russia, or Saint Pierre and Miquelon due to customs issues.
3. Where will your order be shipped from?
We use local printing facilities in over 30 countries to speed up delivery and reduce carbon emissions.
Your order will usually be printed and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address.
4. Which carriers do we use for shipping?
We partner with a variety of carriers depending on your destination:

Ireland: DHL Express, DHL Global Parcel, Royal Mail, or Parcel Force.

Other regions: FedEx, UPS, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, Colissimo, GLS, Bpost, Correos, and more.
Once we dispatch your order, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number and carrier details.
5. How can you track your order?
After we ship your order, we’ll provide a tracking link via email.
You can also track your shipment using your order ID on the respective carrier’s website.
6. What if your tracking hasn’t updated?
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a week, it might be due to delays or carrier issues.
In such cases, please contact our support team for assistance.
7. Are customs fees applicable?
For deliveries outside the European Union, you may need to pay customs fees upon delivery.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs policies and are not included in our shipping rates.
8. Can you expedite your order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t upgrade the shipping method.
To ensure faster delivery, please select Express or Priority Shipping during checkout.
9. What should you do if your order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking link we provided.
If there are no updates or issues arise, contact our customer support team.
10. How do we package our products?
We ensure all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Posters are usually shipped in sturdy tubes or flat packages, depending on the product and destination.
